possible games four and five would take place in oakland. the giants are set to play in cincinnati tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. our time. games four and five will also be in cincinnati. two bike riders were rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car. it happened on highway 29 this afternoon. the chp says a car hit two of four bike riders who were riding north- >> at this time this is an ongoing investigation. we are unaware of why the vehicle collided with the bicyclists. >> one of the bike riders was seriously hurt. >> reporter: this afternoon the fbi left the scene of a homicide. police asked the fbi to join the investigation into the death of a retired school teacher. susie ko was found stabbed and beaten to death before 11:00

p.m. friday night. investigators are looking for a 2011 blue subaru that was stolen from her home. that car has idaho license plates. susie ko and her husband had two homes and split their time between california and idaho. the coroner identified a driver who crashed yesterday, knocking out power to hundreds of homes in the area. authorities say he struck the pole at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon. he died at the hospital. the youth soccer coach and engineer hew pleaded guilty -- who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a girl will be sentenced next week. he pleaded not guilty and now expected to be sentenced to 15

years in prison. protesting in sacramento against the government's efforts to reduce prison over crowding in california. some say sending some to jail in stead of prison is resulting in the early repolice of dangerous -- release of dangerous people. >> they are back out on the streets. >> 24,000 prisoners were released this year but the state prison officials say it is too early to tell if that had any impact on the crime rate. they are urging shoppers to boycott mi pueblo because they participate in immigration checks. community groups organized this protest to pressure mi pueblo to opt out. it is a tool used to verify immigration status. mi pueblo says they are being audited by homeland security

that could lead to the firing of undocumented employees. san francisco's first target store is set to open wednesday at 4th and mission in san francisco. it will be 2/3 the size of other stores and offer smaller items. target also plans to open a second store in san francisco in 2013. jerry hill is crying foul over a move by the public utilities commission to temporarily suspend hearing into the san bruno pipeline explosion. they filed a request for a month long halt to allow talks to get underway. he says a judge held a hearing this morning and decided on a week long postponement. he suggested pg&e is behind the request to try to chemodamaging testimony -- to keep damaging

and see who took part in a destructive protest last night. 200 took to the streets, vandalizing. he says in the past year protests cost the city almost $7 million. he had harsh words for the mayer mayer and his cull leagues. >> this mayor cannot continue not taking a position. a very public position. same with the counsel members. >> police say the destruction started when a group of protesters took over the peaceful group afghans for peace. 20 occupy protests were arrested in san francisco on saturday. police say the protesters began throwing things at authorities but one person said officers jumped the gun when they moved in to make arrests. san francisco police say many
